StoneHinge: StoneHinge is a hinge prediction algorithm that peforms a network-based analysis of a single protein structure to detect hinge regions. StoneHinge incorporates both ProFlex, which uses the FIRST constraint counting algorithm, and DomDecomp, which uses Gaussian Normal Mode analysis.
